CONSTRUCTION COMPLETION WORKS of EARTHWORKS, STRUCTURE WORKS, BRIDGE WORKS, PAVEMENT WORKS and OTHER SEVERAL WORKS at D-100 İSTANBUL-GEBZE-İZMİT STATE ROAD


This project included the construction of flyover and underpass interchanges on İstanbul-Kocaeli D-100 Dual State Road, in İzmit. The project has helped reduce busy traffic in the region.

Within the scope of the Project, 5 interchanges are constructed in various locations. These interchanges consist of flyover bridges and/or underpasses with bored piles.

The paving layers are restored by milling the existing layer along the 38 km road route. The final layer is stone-mastic asphalt, which provides high performance paving. Construction works had been carried out during very heavy traffic.
