Route of the project is located between Elazığ ferry intersection and Tunceli-Elazığ road junction. The total length of the road is 33 km.

Construction Methodology
Length of the road passing though Pertek district is 4.5 km in, with a 26-meter wide 2x2 lane. The other part the road is 28.5 km in length, a 12-meter wide 2x1 lane. The road surface is hot mix bituminous asphalt layer. The route of the road is improved in both vertical and horizontal alignments. In addition to the mechanic and asphalt layers, the project involves a significant amount of earthworks and structural works.
