The Apac–Lira–Puranga Road Project is a transformative infrastructure initiative in northern Uganda, aimed at upgrading a critical 100 km corridor to modern asphalt standards.

The construction of the Yusufeli Dam, the tallest dam in Türkiye, has had a significant impact on the surrounding region, as the release of water necessitated the relocation of nearby settlements.

Kazakhstan Almaty-Khorgos Highway Project, km 0–304.4 Lot 1 & 2 This project involves the construction of two lots along the Western Europe – Western China highway corridor, connecting Kazakhstan’s largest city, Almaty, to the Khorgos border with the People’s Republic of China. The objective is to enhance transportation efficiency along the corridor and to modernize road management in selected sections.

The 122 km Merille River – Marsabit Highway is a vital part of Africa’s strategic transport corridor, which extends from the Port of Alexandria in North Africa to the Cape of Good Hope in South Africa. The project is located approximately 500 km northeast of Nairobi and involved upgrading an existing earth road between Merille River and Marsabit to a fully paved asphalt road.

The Juba–Nimule Road is a 70-kilometer highway connecting Juba, the capital of Central Equatoria State, to the border town of Nimule on the Ugandan frontier. As a key transportation corridor, it plays a crucial role in linking South Sudan to Uganda and Kenya.

This project involved the construction of two grade-separated interchanges and a 30-kilometer stretch of road along the bypass section of the M06 Kyiv–Chop Motorway, between km 128+100 and km 182+300. Strategically important, this motorway connects Ukraine with Poland and Hungary.

These large-scale infrastructure projects carried out in Afghanistan in five years, involved the reconstruction and modernization of the 3,300 km National Highway Network, which had sustained severe damage during years of conflict and instability.

The Kömürhan Bridge, constructed on the Malatya–Elazığ State Highway over the Karakaya Dam Reservoir, spans a total length of 660 meters. The bridge features a 168.5-meter-high central pylon, and a 24.5-meter-wide orthotropic steel deck.
